Providing a safe, professional and supportive environment for every student and their family is extremely important to me. The policies below set out the standards, procedures and responsibilities that underpin Rosanna Brown English Tuition and help ensure that students and parents know what they can expect when working with me.

Safeguarding & Child Protection
The safety and wellbeing of every student is a priority at Rosanna Brown English Tuition. Clear safeguarding procedures are in place to ensure that tuition takes place in a safe, professional and supportive environment and any concerns about a child’s welfare will always be taken seriously and acted upon appropriately.
I hold a full enhanced DBS check and I am a member of The Tutors’ Association. The full Safeguarding Policy explains the procedures followed to protect students during both online and in-person tuition.
Behaviour & Conduct
Rosanna Brown English Tuition is committed to providing a positive, respectful and supportive learning environment in which every student feels comfortable and able to learn.
Students are expected to engage positively with their learning, communicate respectfully and follow appropriate expectations during both online, in-person and group tuition. Privacy & Data Protection
Rosanna Brown English Tuition is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of students and their families. Personal data is collected and and handled securely and confidentially. It is used only where necessary to provide tuition, communicate with families, maintain appropriate records and meet relevant legal and professional responsibilities.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing
Rosanna Brown English Tuition is committed to a safe, supportive learning environment for all students. I have procedures in place to ensure health, safety and wellbeing during both online and in-person sessions, addressing concerns appropriately.
This policy outlines expectations for safe learning, supervision, responsibilities, accidents, emergencies and student wellbeing. This Health, Safety and Wellbeing Policy details measures to minimise risks and support students during their tuition.
Complaints & Concerns
Rosanna Brown English Tuition is dedicated to delivering a high-quality, professional service while fostering positive relationships with students and families. Any concerns or complaints will be taken seriously and handled fairly and confidentially, aiming for prompt resolution.
